Can I wire the MOB+ to a switch ?

It is better to connect the power to a fuse block, just like your chart plotter or VHF radio. So when you turn your battery switch on, the MOB+ powers up. If you wire it otherwise, when you start the engine or possibly other devices, the MOB+ could see a drop in voltage and go into a MOB mode, stopping the engine.
